What is Yoga to me?
Yoga entered my life during a time of transition, offering a sense of grounding, clarity, and deep connection.
What began as a physical practice soon unfolded into something much more—a way of listening to my body, aligning breath with movement, and finding presence.
To me, yoga is not just what happens on the mat, but how we carry that awareness into our daily lives—how we move, breathe, and respond to the world around us.
I teach to hold space for others to explore this journey: to challenge themselves with kindness, to reconnect with their bodies and breath, and to experience the calm and clarity that yoga brings—both on and beyond the mat.
In my classes, you can expect a holistic and grounded approach to yoga, drawing from traditional practices that support both body and mind. I offer:
Hatha Yoga for alignment, balance, and mindful movement
Ashtanga Yoga for strength, flexibility, and dynamic flow
Pranayama (breathwork) to cultivate inner calm and energy
Shatkarma (cleansing techniques) to purify and prepare the body
Mantra Yoga to deepen focus and connect with subtle energies
Each class is guided with attention to breath, personal awareness, and safe progression—making space for all levels to explore and grow, whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice.
